Kirk Dresen, with 20 years of industry experience, has overall responsibility for the Company's Service Delivery Centers. The staff operates in numerous shifts to deliver the quick turnaround and expected economies of scale. The self-maintained facilities utilize state-of-the-art production equipment to support the combined print/mail/scanning services, including Xerox printers and Bell & Howell inserters. Millions of transactions are processed annually through these facilities, which have capacity to double that through-put amount on short notice. Dresen previously was a managing partner at Laser Net, a print and mail outsourcing company. He also spent 10 years with Xerox in various technology support positions.
