API Outsourcing Announces New Manager of Customer Care and Project Management

St. Paul, MN Ė November 30, 2010 Ė API Outsourcing Inc. (API), a leading finance and accounting outsourcing (FAO) provider of state-of-the-art document management, accounts-payable processing solutions and billing, today announced their newest addition to their management team, Connie Dahl, Manager of Customer Care and Project Management. Prior to joining API, Connie was employed by Northwest Airlines. Connie has extensive Accounts Payable and Project Management experience including the development, implementation and support of an Electronic Invoicing Presentment system for Northwest Airlines.

"Her blend of functional and subject matter expertise will improve communications between our customers and our technical staff" added Latham.

Connie Dahl will be responsible for directing the Customer Care and Project Management team, streamlining customer implementations and ensuring customer support excellence. She brings over twenty years of experience in accounts payable and information technology to the API management team. Connie received her bachelorís degree in Computer Science from Mankato State University with minors in Accounting and Business Administration. She is a Certified Professional Project Manager and Certified Accounts Payable Professional.
